I’m Neil Williams of Park Therapy, a Manipulative and Sports Therapist, based in Rhuddlan, North Wales. I offer treatment for muscular skeletal disorders such as back and neck pain, sciatic pain, frozen shoulder, arthritic problems, sports injuries, postural related pain and many other muscular-skeletal conditions.

I’m also a qualified yoga teacher, using my yoga knowledge to assist with rehabilitation of joint and muscular problems and improve core strength/awareness and also offer workshops to address different aspects of rehabilitation such as posture and back care.

My treatments involve a variety of techniques including massage, joint manipulation, joint mobilisation, and stretching. I also give exercise as part of my client’s rehabilitation and maintenance, from simple static stretches to sports specific exercise routines.

Based in Rhuddlan, North Wales

My clients are wide ranging from all age groups and professions with both sporting and non-sporting backgrounds presenting with discomfort relating to muscular, joint or nerve disorders affecting any part of the body.
My treatments include aspects similar to Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Chiropractors but with a strong emphasis on a combination of a hands on treatment using massage/manipulation/mobilisation and exercises for rehabilitation and long term relief, I focus on identifying and trying to manage aggravating factors from the client’s lifestyle, such as something as simple as changing a mattress on a bed, adjusting a PC workstation setup or introducing a daily stretching/exercise routine.

My practice is conveniently located for all of Denbighshire, Conwy, Flintshire and Gwynedd including Rhuddlan, Rhyl, Denbigh, Abergele, Dyserth, St. Asaph, Prestatyn and Kinmel Bay.
